IPM-International provides psychotraumatology and mediation services. Our services include:

  • Psychotraumatology consultations
  • Mediation services
  • Individual and group therapy
  • Training and research

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respect agreed appointments
  • Inform of any changes in your situation
  • Respect the confidentiality of other participants

4. Professional Confidentiality

We are committed to respecting professional secrecy in accordance with Swiss and international ethical and legal standards. All information shared during consultations remains strictly confidential.

5. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur fees. Refund policies are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

IPM-International strives to provide the highest quality services. However, we cannot guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the services actually provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, methods, and materials developed by IPM-International are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect after notification.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
